Question 1: In Phase 2 what is the problem to be solved?

Question 2: What are the questions to be answered in Phase 2?

Question 3: Which of the problem solving steps are used in Phase 2?

Question 4: The important thing to remember is that the plan is designed by the facilitator and then approved by the person with a disability.

Question 5: Once the individual has answered the first three questions in Phase 2 they have gathered information on their current status and in effect established a baseline or a starting point for evaluation.
